Hill Landscapes came to me wanting a complete overhaul of their brand, from top to bottom.
Hill & Field was born.
The brand I created for Hill & Field was traditional, simple & well crafted, a representation of how H&F meticulously craft the design of a garden before working on the land and developing a masterpiece. The traditional feel was helped by the typeface, Ivory, a beautiful typeface based on a illustrated compendium from 1882. The simple was covered by the icon, a cross made up of a fork and spade, a simple but strong icon that represents the basics of changing a landscape. Together these elements make-up a well crafted logo and a strong brand identity going forward for Hill & Field.
