Kustregionens utbildningfastigheter is a company that owns real estates that are used for student homes and public rentals. All of the buildings they own are located in Finland's coast cities. They have some very precious old houses and also some modern ones. The building in the logo is drawn from a photo of one of their oldest and most beautiful buildings. The typography combines old traditional and modern appereance to present the company's old and modern houses. The wave elements used in the website and business cards present the close-to-sea location of their buildings.
