Graphic Identity for a company between architecture and financial investment.
PUZZLE is specialized in assembling real estate transactions, focusing on old buildings, protected or not (that is to say, classified, or included in the inventory of historical monuments, located in a protected area or ZPPAUP).
The fitting of real estate is to assess the problems related to buildings in order to propose a new use or a revival of those buildings, and thus lead to a real property revaluation. These multiple problems, is the state of affairs that makes the company PUZZLE.

PUZZLE est une société spécialisée dans le montage d’opérations immobilières, portant principalement sur des bâtiments anciens, protégés ou non (c'est-à-dire classés, ou inscrits à l’inventaire supplémentaire des monuments historiques, situés en secteur sauvegardé ou en ZPPAUP). Le montage d’opérations immobilières consiste à évaluer les problématiques liées aux bâtiments en vue de proposer une nouvelle utilisation, voire une renaissance desdits bâtiments, et donc aboutir à une véritable revalorisation foncière. Ces problématiques multiples, constituent l’état des lieux que réalise la société PUZZLE.
